Yes, we have an attached parking lot available for our members and visitors. Each suite comes with one unassigned parking space.

Your office space comes furnished--which can include a stand up desk, mail handling, secured building with 24 hour access, high speed internet, utilities, use of the business address, use of the kitchenette and lounge area, use of conference room with modern tech hookups, use of the professional golf simulator, use of the gym--which includes free weights, treadmill, The MIRROR, and shower, use of 1 unassigned parking space and professional receptionist services. 

A virtual office gives you all of the benefits of having a physical on-site office, without the hassle of having a physical suite when you don't need one. You will have access to all of the services and amenities offered with our on-site suites; so, book the conference room, golf simulator, or gym whenever you would like.

Added phone service (priced per line), Copy and Printing ($0.15/BW & $0.50/Color), private mailbox & mail handling, notary services, and more are available on our amenities page.

For the utmost convenience, all lease agreements are month-to-month. Our high-class amenities and all building utilities are included.

At Suites on 45th, we even provide a gym and a shower for afterward, as well as a golf simulator to entertain yourself. We also offer flex space, mailboxes, and co-working space.
